The Lovely Human School Semester Breakdown

Here’s exactly how we help you create real change over 8 weeks without adding more overwhelm to your life.

Week 1

Welcome & Orientation

We begin with a live Welcome Call to ground you in the journey ahead.

You’ll meet your classmates, get familiar with the RE Method™, set personal intentions, and walk through exactly what to expect so you can start strong.

Yes, there are breakout rooms. No, you do not need to wear real pants.

Week 2–7

The RE Method™ Curriculum

Each Monday night, we move through a new module with a live lesson, journal prompts, somatic practices, and integration tools designed to help you apply the work to your real life.

Hi, I’m Meghan Bonhomme!

I’ve helped thousands of women… but more importantly, I’ve lived this work.

I’m the founder of Lovely Human School, a professor, speaker, and coach who helps high-functioning women come back to themselves and create lives that feel more grounded, sustainable, and true.

I created this work because I needed it.

Through burnout, over-functioning, reinvention, and the long practice of not abandoning myself to everyone else’s expectations, I built the process I now teach.

I didn’t just study this framework.


I used it to rebuild my life from the inside out. And I still use it every day.

Now I help strong, sensitive, soul-led women do the same. For more than 15 years, I’ve taught and supported thousands of women in classrooms, workshops, retreats, and coaching spaces.

As a communications professor and certified Life & Success Coach, I blend the heart of a teacher with the tools of a coach. My approach is grounded in the nervous system, shaped by trauma-informed care, and supported by my studies in Nonviolent Communication, family constellations, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and NLP.

Still on the fence?

Here are the most common questions we get before women join Lovely Human School:

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about 60–75 minutes for the live call each week, plus 15–30 minutes of optional integration like journaling, breathwork, or audio lessons. This is support, not a side hustle.

What if I can’t make the calls live?

No problem at all. Every call is recorded and uploaded to your classroom so you can revisit it anytime. You get lifetime access to all materials and updates.

I’ve already done therapy/personal growth work. Will this still help?

Absolutely. LHS is a powerful complement to therapy. It’s designed to bridge the gap between insight and embodiment, especially if you “know what to do” but still struggle to actually do it. This course is not a replacement for therapy or professional, medical support.

Can I work with Meghan 1:1 during the program?

Yes! You’ll have the option to book 1:1 Office Hours with Meg as an add-on for deeper support (great for personalization or integration). This is available when you enroll.

Is this an inclusive space?

Yes. LHS is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and intentionally inclusive. You belong here…exactly as you are. Your pace, your process, your story is welcome. Meghan supports and upholds a respectful and open learning environment.

Can I retake the program in the future?

Yes! Lifetime re-entry is included in your tuition. Come back to reset, refresh, and deepen your practices whenever LHS runs again. You’ll even get special perks as an alumni student!

What if I fall behind?

This isn’t a pass/fail experience. LHS is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll have access to all content forever, so you can take what you need, when you need it, without pressure. And because the RE Method™️ is a rinse-and-repeat blueprint, you’ll be able to reuse these lessons for years to come!
