I didn’t just study this framework. I used it to rebuild my life from the inside out. And I still use it, every day, to move through the world with more clarity, care, and self-trust.
Now I help other strong, sensitive, soul-led women do the same.
I’ve spent over 15 years teaching thousands of women how to reconnect with themselves in sustainable, embodied way...from college classrooms to international retreats, from burnout recovery to boardrooms.
